    James Andrew is the Lead Pastor of Real Life Ministries Waller located in Waller, Texas. After 20 years in law enforcement James retired early to go into full time ministry. He completed the residency program at Real Life Ministries Texas Tomball church. James has a heart for being in relationship with others and making disciples. He and his wife, Denise have been married for over 23 years and have one amazing son, Austin. James loves fishing, shooting, spending time with his family and his “Hat” collection.

    Associate Pastor, Children and Youth

    Steven came from an electrical background that involved 5 years of being in the electrical trade when God called Steven to step out in faith and join the residency program in Real Life Ministries Texas in Tomball, Texas. He has over 7 Years of experience in the youth ministry and enjoys pouring into the lives of the younger generation to help make a difference. He enjoys working out at the gym and family time with his wife and daughters.  He is married to his wife Christina Garza and together they have 3 daughters Emma, Ava, and Brooklyn.  

  • Jonathan Remington

    Ministry Leader OF aRTS AND wORSHIP

    Jonathan from an early age has had passion for the Lord and a heart for worship. He has lead worship for both youth and adults for several years. He has completed the residency program at Real Life Ministries Texas and plans to pursue a degree in ministry. Jonathan has been leading middle school small groups for over 2 years and is the director over the student worship team as well. Jonathan has a passion for discipleship and creating healthy church ministry through discipling relationships.

  • Carl Karr, Lay Pastor, Teaching and Small Groups

    Carl is now entering his 32nd year as a pediatrician in private practice and his 2nd year at Dallas Theological Seminary. Kerrie, Carl's precious wife of 35 years and the mother of their 2 daughters (Megan and Taylor) passed away on 3/2/2021 from cancer. Although the grief has been overwhelming at times, Carl's desire is to live this life in gratitude to the Lord for the life he has had and for what God has in store for the future. After teaching Bible studies and leading small groups for many years, his passion is still disciple making by Jesus' method and expository teaching of God's Word in a way that transforms lives.
